Pumpkin Pie Squares

3/4 cup soft butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
5 tsp corn syrup
1 1/3 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp rum extract
3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Frosting: Your favorite cream cheese frosting recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 350. In a large bowl cream your sugars and butter until light and fluffy
beat in the edges, corn syrup and extract. In a separate bowl mix flour, pie spice, baking powder
and salt. Slowly beat flour mixture into creamed mixture. Stir in white chocolate chips and pecans.

2. Grease a 8″ square baking pan and spread mixture into pan. Tap the pan lightly on your counter
to ensure even distribution. Bake 25-30 minutes or until done. Cool completely .

3. Frost the surface after completely cooled then refrigerate. Cut into bar and enjoy
